Ingredients
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 5 ounces of Chinese Rice Wine
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
Preparations
- In a cocktail glass, add the lemon juice
- In a small saucepan, warm the Chinese Rice Wine, but don’t let it boil
- Stir in the honey
- Pour the warm Chinese Rice Wine and honey into the glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick
